His 15-year prior corporate experience with a Fortune-500 multinational granted him full P&L responsibility for businesses in Asia, the piloting of a post-merger culture, the functional lead of business teams in six Asian countries, and eventually, the responsibility of the world-wide strategy for one of the 4 divisions of Lafarge. In that assignment, he coached 32 Country Heads on their strategy and business development.
